Ms. Revyrose Davalos Limbo
President and CEO
Revyrose Limbo is the CEO and President of International TESOL Education and Consultancy Corporation. Her strong background and experience in business management span 25 years. She served as Executive Director of TESOL Asia and has organized local and international conferences, seminars and workshops. As General Affairs Manager and Executive Assistant for Education and Industry, she has been an integral part of the startup team of the Australian Training and Management Group Pty. Ltd where she also served as TESOL Coordinator. As a corporate manager, she has worked as a Human Resource Manager for Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation.
Prof. Noel Yu
Lesson Planning, Macro Skills, Communicative Approach
Noel Y. Yu officially represented the Philippine Language Educators as an FHi360 Scholar of the US Embassy English Access Micro-scholarship Program held in the University of California, Los Angeles, USA in 2014. As a university professor, he has been teaching English language learners and training teachers all over Asia for more than a decade. He holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of the Philippines and is pursuing his Doctor of Arts in Literature and Communication. He has been an invited speaker and a host for various conferences and presented teaching-related workshops, effective communication, leadership and motivational presentations. Other humble achievements include: University Model Teacher of the Year, 2009; Best Student Teacher, 2001; a finalist for the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines- Region 7. Former positions he handled were : Academic consultant of TAL - Lewaijaio Group of Education and the manager of the Le Waijiao Leadership Academy based in Beijing, China, University Chairman of the Department of Languages and Literature, International Linkage Professor in South Korea, Book Presenter in Kyoto , Japan , Vice-President of American Studies Association of Cebu, a Philippine Association of Language Teaching Board Member and a director of English Language Programs. Currently, he is the Senior Academic Learning Director in International TESOL Education and Consultancy Corporation.
Ms. Nebellyn L. Songcuya
TESOL Coordinator and Administrative Officer
Nebellyn Songcuya is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies from Bukidnon State University, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. In 2018, she passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers and worked as a secondary school teacher. She took her 120-hr TESOL Certification Course in 2019 from International TESOL Education and Consultancy Corporation (ITECC). After which, she joined the Cultural Immersion held at Kyoto Fu, Kyotango Shi, Mineyama Cho, Shinmachi 170-1, Japan. She also has an ESL teaching experience in Japan (2020) and currently works as the TESOL Coordinator and Administrative Officer for the International TESOL Education and Consultancy Corporation (ITECC).
Dr. Marc Helgesen
Positive Psychology in ELT
Marc Helgesen is a professor in the Department of Intercultural Studies at Miyagi Gakuin Women’s University, Sendai , Japan and has been an adjunct professor at Teacher’s College Columbia University- MA TESOL Japan Program and Nagoya University of Foreign Studies where he teaches a graduate-level course in Positive Psychology in English Language Teaching (ELT ). Marc is an author of over 150 ELT books, textbooks, and articles. He has been an invited speaker at conferences on five continents and presented over 500 teaching-related workshops and presentations. He is the Chair of Extensive Reading Foundation (www.erfoundation.org). His other professional interests include Positive Psychology in ELT and Neuroscience applications to language teaching. Marco Brazil holds a master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Developmental Communication. He is a well-experienced teacher for children and teachers’ trainer all over Asia and has been writing and developing teaching materials for over 18 years. He is considered to be a global expert in Teaching Young Learners. He is also the founder and executive training director of the Institute of English Teaching to Children, a course associate of International Teacher Development Institute, and a presenter for Oxford University Press Japan and Macmillan Education Asia.

Ai Murphy is the School Directress of the Murphy School of Education, Fukuoka, Japan. She is Teaching Young Learners’ expert; Neuro-ELT FAB Founder-an organization that promotes the application of neuroscience concepts in education. Ai also counsels parents regarding bilingual education and child rearing. Ai has been the co-coordinator of 11 NeuroELT conferences in Japan, Philippines, and Macau. She is the officer in the JALT Mind, Brain and Education Special Interest Group.
Prof. Robert Murphy
Mind, Brain, and Education Science
Robert Murphy is a Mind, Brain, and Education Science expert; Professor from University of Kitakyushu, Japan and University of Birmingham, UK; Neuro-ELT FAB Founder-an organization that promotes the application of neuroscience concepts in education. He is the editor of ETJ Journal and author of Optimal Levels EFL Textbook series (13 books) and co-author of English with Me Series for children (10 books).
Prof. Pearl Gaborno-Ilustre
Curriculum Development, Task-Based Language Teaching, NeuroELT
Pearl Gaborno-Ilustre graduated with a Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Secondary Education (AB/BSE) English degree from the Philippine Normal University where she was awarded as Best in Thesis. She graduated with a Professional Degree in Special Education from the College of the Holy Spirit- Mendiola where she was awarded Best in Practicum. She finished her Master of Arts in Education Major in English Language Education at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She has international certifications for proficiency both in English and French and has been a French government scholar in Paris, France. Pearl is a curriculum developer, IELTS and TOEFL lecturer and corporate trainer. She has given lectures for the ASIAN EFL Journal and TESOL Certification Courses in different universities in the Philippines. She has trained teachers for ESL/ EFL employment in Vietnam, Japan, China, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Middle East.
Dr. Arlene Salve Opina
Arlene Salve Opina has been in the teaching profession for 31 years handling Communication Skills, humanities and Methods of Research (graduate school) subjects. She is also the panelist in the graduate school oral defense, and editor of the graduate and undergraduate theses. Likewise, she is a licensed teacher (PRC) and certified trainer/reviewer in TESOL, BPO/BPAP (ADEPT), and TOEFL. She holds a Ph. D degree in Curriculum and Supervision and awarded gold medal for Excellence in Research; MA in Literature and AB in Mass Communications. Her research interests include Blending Learning, Critical Thinking, Task-Based Language Teaching in which her works have been published in International Refereed Journals and presented in local and international conferences such as Harvard University, USA; London , UK; China; South Korea, Malaysia; Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines. Presently, she is the head of the International Languages of Centro Escolar University.
Dr. Safary Wa-Mbaleka
Qualitative Research Methods, Academic Publishing
Safary Wa-Mbaleka, EdD, PhD, is an American scholar and an Associate Professor and Director of the MA-TESOL program at the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS), an American graduate university located in Silang, Cavite, Philippines. He holds an EdD in Applied Linguistics and Curriculum & Instruction from Northern Arizona University and a PhD in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University. He has published more than three dozens of journal articles, 7 books, and presented at national and international conferences in more than 15 countries. His research interests are in qualitative research, pragmatics, e-learning, mother tongue-based education, and second language acquisition. He is the current and founding president of the Asian Qualitative Research Association.
Prof. Ruth Alido
Second Language Acquisition
Ruth Alido finished her M. A. in Applied Linguistics at the University of Kansas, USA on a Fulbright Scholarship and the World Fellowship Grant of the Delta Kappa Gamma International. She has a Diploma in TESOL from the Regional Language Center in Singapore. She has completed her academic requirements for the degree Ph. D in Applied Linguistics. Prof. Alido’s research interests include teaching strategies and discourse analysis. Currently, she is a professor at Philippine Normal University and the Head of the Curriculum Management and Instructional Materials Office. She is currently the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Letters, Philippine Normal University.
Prof. Marla Papango
Teaching Macro Skills
Marla Papango teaches language and literature courses at the Department of English, College of Languages, Linguistics and Literature at Philippine Normal University. She also acts as an adviser and examiner in seminar papers, colloquia, and theses on areas like materials development, language teaching methodology in the different macro-skills, technology, and literature. Prof. Papango has conducted numerous regional and national teacher trainings for the Department of Education and other private institutions, among them, Mentor Training, Alternative Assessment Strategies, Whole School Approach, Content-based Language Instruction (RBEC), UBd Curriculum(2010 NSEC), Mother-Tongue Based Multilingual Education( Kindergarten Curriculum) and the K-12 Curriculum .
Prof. Fe Fulgencio
Teaching Grammar, Communicative Language Teaching
Fe Santos Fulgencio joined ITECC as a lecturer and ESL teacher after a very colorful teaching career in the academe, both in the secondary and tertiary levels in the private sector. As a college professor in the University of Santo Tomas, College of Saint Benilde and in Assumption College, she handled English Language, Literature, Research, Speech and Business Communication subjects, among others. She also coauthored teaching modules and journal articles related to Grammar and Literature teaching. She has facilitated numerous training and lectures on communication skills both for academic and business staff and practitioners. Professor Fulgencio finished a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education, major in English and a Master’s degree in English Language Teaching at the Philippine Normal University and University of Perpetual Help respectively.
Lara Krissel D. Leon

Lara Krissel D. Leon is currently a faculty at Southville International School and Colleges, Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines. She graduated from Philippine Normal University, Manila with the degree in Bachelor Secondary Education, Major in English. She took TESOL Certification in 2015 from TESOL Asia in partnership with ITECC. She is currently finishing her academic requirements in her alma mater, taking Master of Arts in Education with the specialization in English language teaching.
Prof. Matthew M. Nepomuceno

Matthew M. Nepomuceno is the Director of the Senior High School Department of the Far Eastern College, Silang, Cavite (FEU Cavite). He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education major in English, Cum Laude, and his Master of Arts in Education with specialization in English Language Teaching at the Philippine Normal University Manila. He is also presently finishing his academic requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy major in Language Education at De La Salle University- Dasmariñas, Cavite. His research interests include Language Pedagogy, Sociolinguistics, and Technology in Education.

Abad Enriquez has taught English in the Philippines, UK, Poland, Hungary, Spain, and Malaysia. Drawing inspiration from his successful career as a business development consultant, he has provided communications training solutions to clients from multinational companies like Baker & McKenzie, Citibank and Deutsche Bank using authentic materials that are relevant to learners. He completed his Cambridge CELTA at Language Link, London, United Kingdom in 2016 and received a TESOL Training the Trainer Certificate from Oxford House, Barcelona, Spain in 2017. His passion project is running a nonprofit youth organization called Asian Education Network.

Mark Panugaling, D.A.L.C. is a university professor teaching for 12 years and has been invited to various schools to conduct seminar-training and workshops on teaching pedagogy, public speaking, personality development, 21st century trends of education, inspirational talks, and power teaching techniques for educators in the Philippines and abroad. He has meritoriously completed his Doctorate Degree of Arts in Literature and Communication in Cebu Normal University, where he also completed his Master’s Degree of Arts in Literature. He has authored three books for local and international distributions namely: Technical Foundations in Business Communication, Reading and Writing for Calibrated Learning: K12 Ready, and Speech and Oral Communication Arts: 21st Century Educational Standards.

Marinel Solano – Danao is currently the Head Teacher of SELC (Sydney English Language Center) Global Center Philippines Corporation in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Vanessa Malay Matibag has around 6 years of experience teaching English as Second Language to Koreans and Japanese students. She had her TESOL Certification Course at International TESOL Education and Consultancy Corp. She is an Alumnus of the U.S. Department of State’s E-Teacher Program and holds a certificate on Professional Development for Teacher Trainers from Arizona University. She finished her baccalaureate studies from De La Salle University-Lipa. Currently, she is an ESL Instructor for a Japanese academy in Ortigas, Pasig. She is also an active Instructional Manager for DepEd's Alternative Learning System (ALS) under New Era University. In addition, she is a licensed financial advisor.

ALVIN S. SICAT, LPT, Ph.D., is a former broadcast announcer and a homeschool teacher for children with learning differences such as ADHD/ADD, hyperlexia, dyslexia and the like. He has attended and presented in local and international conferences as well as published articles in refereed journals on various research topics such as the use of television game shows in teaching, learning management system and blended learning platforms. He is often invited by various institutions as a resource speaker and trainer on innovative teaching pedagogy specifically highly engaging teaching techniques, emergent technologies-based teaching strategies, Positive Psychology, Mind, Brain and Education (MBE) Science and NeuroELT. He holds the following academic degrees: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) major in Curriculum and Supervision (WITH HIGHEST ACADEMIC DISTINCTION) from Centro Escolar University; Master of Arts in Education major in English (BENEMERITUS) from the College of the Immaculate Conception, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija and Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication-Broadcast (CUM LAUDE), Centro Escolar University.
